SHIPPING:
We offer Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping options to most US destinations.
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days unless item is backordered. Some items are special order and can take up to 6 business days to ship. We will contact you if any items will take longer than this to ship. If we do have to split a shipment, you will not be charged any more for shipping.
Next day orders should be placed before 11:00AM EST for next day delivery. We do our best to ship most expedited shipping orders placed before 2:00PM EST the same day, most ground shipping orders shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for shipment confirmation email to be sent.

ORDER RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly give a refund or exchange the item for another selection. We will not accept items any returns postmarked after 14 days from the day you received it. To submit request for RETURN AUTHORIZATION please email us at RubysLeatherLingerie@gmail.com. Must have a Return Authorization # for any returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely NOT RETURNABLE for your protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW. All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. Costumes are not refundable but can be exchanged for a different size. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
